EasyGoTours finalises the tour itinerary months before the actual departure, and books the local accommodation, flights, and transports according to the plan. We always endeavour to operate the tour as per the original itinerary. Sometimes we change the sequence of our tour for operational reasons. This means, all the attractions published in the itinerary are covered, only in a changed sequence. In some unavoidable situations beyond our control forces us to change the original tour itinerary either before the tour or while on tour. This may be triggered by sudden changes in state or country regulations / changes in schedule announced by airline or other transport providers / local political situations including labour unrest / weather situation such as snowfall etc. Such change/s are communicated to you as soon as we can make alternate arrangements; either before tour by message/call or while on tour by our Tour Leader.
